AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND IZZY CABS LTD

The Izzy Cabs Ltd Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Izzy Cabs Ltd.

The Izzy Cabs Ltd Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Izzy Cabs Ltd Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Izzy Cabs Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Izzy Cabs Ltd Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Izzy Cabs Ltd Web Site.

REFUNDS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you feel that a refund is required or you wish to dispute a fare/bill you will need to apply in writing to Izzy Cabs Ltd. When applying for a refund you must include Your Name, Taxis Drivers ID number, Pick up and Drop off locations, Dates & Times, and what/why you are applying for the refund. We will process refunds by:

� crediting your credit card or

� Provide a gift voucher which can be redeemed on any future Izzy Cabs with 12 months validity. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the refund.

� Bank Deposit

PLEASE NOTE: A full refund is not always given, as this is determined by several key points e.g. distance traveled, customer and driver comments etc. To move the process forward you may email deon@izzycabs.co.za or phone 032 944 2819

all payments are made using a secure connection to protect both the customer and Izzy Cabs Ltd or cash on site to driver.

WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

A procedure is in place for people who wish to make a complaint about a passenger service and have it investigated by the appropriate transport authorities. If the matter is serious, or concerns criminal activity, you should contact the South African Police services

Otherwise, it is recommended that you first make your complaint directly to Izzy Cabs Ltd. are required by law to keep a Complaints Register which is available for inspection by the South African Police Services

If you are not satisfied with the result of the company�s internal investigation, you may make your complaint to the South African Police Services in your region.

The Izzy Cabs Ltd Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Izzy Cabs Ltd and Izzy Cabs Ltd is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Izzy Cabs Ltd is not responsible for web casting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Izzy Cabs Ltd is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Izzy Cabs Ltd of the site or any association with its operators.

However, Izzy Cabs Ltd reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Izzy Cabs Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Izzy Cabs Ltd reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Izzy Cabs Ltd's sole discretion.
